If you are looking for an extra special gift or perfect keepsake for a candle and pet loving soul, then our beautiful, personalised pet candles or waxworks could well be for you. We can personalise our pet candles (or waxworks) to look like your pet from photos. All we need is 4 clear photos of the front, back and both sides of your pet so we can follow all the markings. Please allow a little extra time for this process as they are made in stages as a custom order . When your candle is ready, we will send you the photos of the finished candle or waxwork for your approval. Once you are completely happy with your pet candle, we will then dispatch your candle to you. There is a £10 artwork fee for this service. All our candles are meticulously crafted by hand ensuring their exceptionally fine detail as well as their durability. They will keep as an ornament for years as long they are kept out of direct sunlight like a windowsill and are completely anti-static and fade free. Making them perfect gifts. Each candle comes gift wrapped in a cellophane bag with twine tie. NEW Important information. Due to the tariff changes in the USA. This has now been included under the tax section on our order form which is the 10% tariff rate so our orders will go out delivery duty paid. Thank you.
Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.Contact us within 14 days of delivery.Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Naturally we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in an undamaged condition. We can then refund or exchange it, please note that the return postage costs must be borne by the customer.
Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal or Stripe. This means that you can use any major credit cards, without signing up for a PayPal account. Please pay within one working day. Beyond this time, we reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the transaction. All orders are held until payment clears. Unless you have purchased a custom made order.
Delivery
We dispatch parcels within 1 working day.
UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS we send via either Royal Mail or EVRI tracked. You should usually receive items within 3 - 4 working days of order.
UK NON MAINLAND CUSTOMERS we send by Royal Mail tracked which usually takes 3 -4 working days. If you need it faster, please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS we ship items worldwide using Royal Mail tracked and various reliable trackable international couriers which usually takes approx. 7-12 working days to arrive with you.
Please note at busy times, items may take longer, so please allow extra time if possible. As delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Items are not considered lost in the post until a month has passed. Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING UPGRADES
Should you need your order faster please contact us for a trackable shipping upgrade.
PACKAGING We want your candles to arrive in one piece, so we take great care to package them well. Your item will be wrapped in cellophane bags tied with a twine bow, then boxed with biodegradable void filler to protect them.
