Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.Contact us within 14 days of delivery.Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged.Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Naturally we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in an undamaged condition. We can then refund or exchange it, please note that the return postage costs must be borne by the customer.
Payment
Please pay by PayPal. This means that you can use any major credit cards, without signing up for a PayPal account. Please pay within one working day. Beyond this time, we reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the transaction. All orders are held until payment clears. Unless you have purchased a made to order piece.
Delivery
We dispatch parcels within 1 working day.
UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS we send via either Royal Mail or EVRI tracked. You should usually receive items within 3 - 4 working days of order.
UK NON MAINLAND CUSTOMERS we send by Royal Mail tracked which usually takes 3 -4 working days. If you need it faster, please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS we ship items worldwide using Royal Mail tracked and various reliable trackable international couriers which usually takes approx. 7-12 working days to arrive with you.
Please note at busy times, items may take longer, so please allow extra time if possible. As delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Items are not considered lost in the post until a month has passed. Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING We want your candles to arrive in one piece, so we take great care to package them well. Your item will be wrapped in cellophane bags tied with a twine bow, then boxed with biodegradable void filler to protect them.
